A female journalist went to the countryside to interview a cattle farmer.
“Sir, why is mad cow disease becoming more and more common?” she asked.
The farmer explained:
“Let me tell you about how cows are raised. Every day, a cow is milked once in the early morning, and every year it is impregnated once to produce a calf.”
“So what does that have to do with it?” the reporter asked.
The farmer frowned:
“Don’t you get it? Just imagine someone milking you every morning, but you’re only allowed to get pregnant once a year — wouldn’t you go crazy too?”
